* 2 cups whole wheat flour
* Water (as needed)

* 1 tablespoon oil

* 1/2 teaspoon cumin seeds
* 1/2 teaspoon garam masala
* 1/2 teaspoon coriander powder
* Salt (to taste)
* Fresh coriander leaves (chopped)
* Ghee or oil (for cooking)
Instructions
Step1) Prepare the Dough
* Take wheat flour, salt and oil together and mix it in a bowl.
*Rest the dough for atleast 20 mins and cover it.
Step2) Prepare the Potato Filling
* Add the cumin seeds after the oil gets heated on a pan. Add chopped onions and green chilies.
* Sauté until the onions are golden brown, then add mashed potatoes, garam masala, coriander powder, and salt.
