tomato soup recipe with some nachos. This tangy flavour smooth tomato soup can be

How to make tomato soup

Here are the different steps and procedures to
make the tomato soup recipe are:-
Step1:- Firstly,
in a frying pan give 2 tablespoons of butter and stir it till it melts and
become slightly dissolve.
Step2:-
Add 2 to 3 bay leaves and it must be fried in butter until it becomes
light brown in colour
Step3:- Add ½ teaspoon
of garlic which is perfectly chopped and 1 tablespoon of chopped onion to the pan
and stir it well and fry it until done.
Step4:- Add the fresh
medium sliced tomatoes (7 to 8), a pinch of salt and stir it and mix them well.
Step5:- Then cover
the pan with a lid for few minutes so that the tomatoes become soften.
Step6:- Keep aside the mixture
of tomato and blend it using a blender when it is perfectly cooled.
Step7:- Blend it completely
to make a smooth tomato puree paste and can be strained through a strainer to
get the smooth mixture.
Step8:- Pour the tomato
puree and add some water to it depending upon the consistency. Proper notice
must be made that the soup does not become very thicky or too much watery.
Step10:- It should be
done in low heat and avoid boiling as it reduces the taste of the soup.
Step11:- Few oregano can
also be added to get a delicious flavour which is totally optional.
Step12:- Then black
pepper powder must be given and stir it well.
Step13:- 1 to 2
tablespoon of fresh cream can be added to the soup to get a desired flavor to
it depending upon the texture of the soup.
Step14:- Keep it aside
in a bowl and be ready to serve it with the nachos.
Step15:- When you are
ready to enjoy the soup,garnish the tomato soup recipe with coriander leaves or even
parsley leaves for delicious flavor.

Ans;- Milk powder must be made smooth consistent with water and when the soup is ready add into it.

Ans;-Yes,tomato puree can be used but water needs to be measured exactly as per the quantity of the tomato puree as it becomes more thick.1 tablespoon of puree includes 2 tablespoon of water.
